This is the biopsy of a 47-year-old female with cervical cancer, on anti-VEGF therapy, with proteinuria and normal renal function. IF was negative. What is your diagnosis?
The biopsy shows glomerular capillary wall double contouring, segmental glomerular microaneurisms and hyalinosis. These findings are typical of anti-VEGF therapy-induced glomerular microangiopathy. No glomerular or arteriolar thrombi were observed.
