About
Dr. Rhee joins our staff after completion of subspecialty training in renal pathology at Arkana Labs. She completed her MD at the University of Iowa Carver College of Medicine and her pathology residency training at Penrose Hospital in Colorado Springs, CO. Dr. Rhee completed a surgical pathology fellowship at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN, and a pediatric pathology fellowship at the Children’s Hospital Colorado, which is affiliated with the University of Colorado in Denver. She comes to Arkana after eight years in private practice as a pediatric and adult surgical pathologist servicing community hospitals in Las Vegas, NV, and briefly in Spokane, WA. During her time as a hospital pathologist, Dr. Rhee was in various leadership roles including Lab Director of Anatomic Pathology, Director of Pediatric Pathology Services, and Medical Director of Outpatient Point-Of-Care Testing.
Dr. Rhee is board certified in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology, and in Pediatric Pathology. She is a member of the College of American Pathologists, the American Society for Clinical Pathology, the Society for Pediatric Pathology, and the United States and Canadian Society of Pathology.
